This meal was actually EXTREMELY satisfying for me. It does not quite have 250 calories, and roughly 35 grams of protein... very minimal fat, miniscule sodium... very moderate carbs and just very lean and healthy. We have 4 oz. of fresh cut pork loin which I even further trimmed before cooking, with 1/2 serving of mushrooms, kale, spinach and 1 serving of fresh peas... Seasoned with parsely, garlic powder and salt less lemon pepper... This left me feeling quite satisfied afterwards with no bloating or nasty fullness but the feeling of good quality food...
