Hey Dylan. I have been considering taking my first cycle of test for about two years now . I have been watching and rewatching most of your posts about first cycle training and pct. though I have gained much knowledge I am still looking for a few clear cut numbers and more or less the exact amounts to run for my self .
I am 33 and have been lifting since the 5th grade . I am 5'8 200 lbs at about 12% . I am considering doing another show as I had back in college and I would like to see where a cycle of test could take me . However, I want to do this correctly and safely as I know there is a right and wrong way to do this . I would like to run test cyp and I next twice a week as you have prescribed, and run it for about ten weeks . Can you give me specific numbers on how many mg to inject and the exact amount of AI what and how much to run with it . Think if you were me doing this for the first time and want real results . I am told some right I can gain up to 20 lbs possibly if the diet and proper training are there . Thank you for your time, knowledge and dedication to informing the public on these topics .
 
First thing you should do is run some blood work to get an idea of where you stand currently as far test levels, lipids etc. Don't skip on this part as it's on like $70-80.

As far as the cycle goes you'll want to run Cyp 12 weeks and I personally would say start at 350mg a week, run your AI aromasin at 12.5mg EOD.. and have your PCT lined up before you start your cycle.

First cycle is always the best.. good luck my man and welcome to the board.

when you are in pct, you are going to get a major spike in cortisol... cortisol is termed the "gains killer" for a reason... it will put you into a catabolic state which will not allow you to build muscle and at the same time will eat it away, on top of the fact you will also get unwanted fat gain... so you will lose muscle and gain fat that you had just busted your ass an entire cycle for... hey bro, DO NOT get caught up in that 20 lb. gain... you already have pretty damn good size for 5'8 so 20 lbs. likely is a stretch.. you should see great gains but do not get caught up in that broscience number... what are your main goals from the cycle? let me know so i can give you the proper layout
