If you know the calculations then why are you under feeding your body and say u have only gained five pounds.

3500 of the RIGHT foods at the RIGHT time WILLNOT add fat.

I meant 2685. 3185 is the EXACT perfect number. Not 3000 not 3500. Thats the problem. You need the exact amount of the right foods at the right times.

My point is though with proper calories not a guess and the right macros for bodytype even bunk gear would give u more than 5#

Lol to think you know the exact macros for someone uve never see or have no idea abt what body type one has is absurd. Don't get too focused on numbers buddy. I'm gna do blood work and the results will tell. And btw saying the amount of food doesn't make u fat just becuase it's the right foods and time shows how much knowledge u have buddy, do some research. A caloric deficit will put on fat believe it or not

Just some advice, caloric intake requirements/macros are much different when on gear than when you are not. Its actually very technical
