Hey Dylan,

Hope all is well man.

So I've been watching tons of your videos on YouTube and much respect. I appreciate you trying to educate people on taking gear and how to properly take it.

So here is my question say I ran a Anavar & Test. How would you suggest I cycle it. Would you recommend I start with test and then stack the var toward the end? Or just take them both together right away? The anavar would be 50mg caps. If you wouldn't mind can you please give me your break down on how you would stack the two together for a 8 week cycle. And what kind of post and liver protection woukd you recommend?
Also can you tell me what diet or meal plan I can follow? My goal is to try to gain 5 pounds of lean muscle while dropping my body fat percentage to single digits 6 to 8%.
I am 35 years old, 6'1 and 200lbs, bf % is 11 to 12%. I have been working out for most my adult life and have been at this plato for a few years now.

brother, i get thousands and thousands of questions a week, so designing diet plans and workout plans is not humanly possible... as far as your cycle plan... is this your first cycle? what ester of test are you asking because you would never run a long ester for only 8 weeks... there's issues here bro... what about your pct and ancillaries???

A few points; no one is here to spoon feed a cycle for you. Do some research, propose a cycle.

It's humanly impossible for anyone on earth to design a diet for you without knowing you. However a good place to start would be here:

Are you preparing for a show, modeling, photo shoot, etc.? It's not healthy to be 205@ 6% for more than a week-ten days (like for a show)

Complete cycle history (compounds, doses, lengths of time, when they were run)
PCT for each cycle
Goals
Supplements (if any)
General idea of nutrition
Any other relevant info (injuries, surgeries you've had, etc.)

15 years, but the last 2 1/2 years I have been a lot more committed. I workout 5 days a week lifting Monday, Wednesday, and Friday then Tuesday, Thursday are cardio days consisting mainly of intervals.

I ran a Decca only cycle when I was 23. Being it was 12 years ago I don't remember the dose or the length of time I was on it.
Goals
My goals with the Test/ Var cycle is to push me through this plato where I feel I've been stuck the last couple years. Like mentioned in my previous message. I am looking to drop a few bf % while trying to gain 5 pounds of lean muscle. The added strength would be a huge bonus as well. I am not one of these guys who decided 6 months ago to start lifting and is 50 pounds over weight hoping anavar will be my diet drug. I know better then that. I am simply looking for an extra kick in the ass and being this will be only my second time heading down this path i figured i would consult with individuals who have more experience in this arena.
Supplements I take whey protein about 45 minutes after my workout and sip amino's during my workout. I also have a multi vitamin in the morning.
General idea of nutrition- my goals sometimes are changing throughout the year, so my eating habits usually reflects my goal at the time. My diet usually will be 4 meals a day consisting of a pound of protein (steak, chicken, Turkey, fish, pork), hand full of veggies, carbohydrates (sweet potato, oats, brown rice,) and a good fat (oils, nuts, avocado, etc) with each meal.
Any other relevant info (injuries, surgeries you've had, etc.)
I don't have any injuries or medical conditions except something called gilbert syndrome which you are born with. It just means I have a slightly higher billyruben count then someone else. Any doc who has taken my blood said it's common and you don't have to do anything about it cause it's harmless and won't effect you throughout your life in anyway.

What's your guy's opinion on the best way to stack Test/Var? I have got mixed reviews on that. Some say to take both at the same time while others say add the var toward the end to clean you up. I was thinking test by itself once a week for 4 weeks, then adding 50mg of var through the remainder of the cycle adding at 12 weeks. Pct which is Nolva. I would begin week 10 which is two weeks before I would be finished

Thoughts on this?
Also any recommendations on toxicity prevention?

Very detailed, well done. That's how a post should look.

Diet will be your main component in anything, especially dropping fat.

Still not sure why you want to be under 10% BF. It bears repeating that it's hard to get to, hardtop maintain, and not healthy to maintain for long.

Keep it simple with a test-only cycle.

350-400 mg's a week of cyp for 12 weeks.

What do you know about AI's and PCT.

I would not suggest using Anavar bud. It's a weak overpriced drug for chicks, and won't offer much of anything to you. Your first steroid cycle should only have test and then you can add sarms to it but no other steroids. Sarms are better for recomposition effects anyways and much better for fat loss. For your goals I have the perfct cycle for you
