How to dose sr9009? I read online u have to take it twice a day

where on earth did you read that? the half life is very very very short... at 30 mg per day you dose it 5 mg every 2-3 hours... 6 times a day... wherever you read that horrible information, i would highly recommend not to go back there for info again

I read it on isarms ironically it was written by you. It said the half life is 4 hours and two doses of 10 mg a day. But OK 5 mg every 2 to 3 hours? Wow that's gonna be hard to remember. I get my bottle today and I ordered it from sarmsx just want to know how to take it so I can start my cycle

Sorry there was a part I missed on the article it says 3 or 4 times a day but I'm guessing that is if you are doing 20 mg a day

well it definitely says some had success with 2-3 doses. given the short half life of it I would spread it out more, just my opinion.

yes, these are very old and outdated... so the concentration is 20 MG/ML so 1 full dropper is 20 mg meaning that 5 mg is the 1/4 mark or .25 on the dropper
