Just received my order today for GW and TripleX. The GW bottles came sealed with labels that do not have SarmsX written anywhere on the bottle or label. The TripleX blend bottle arrived with NO safety seal at all as if someone had already opened it before. I emailed Justin at customer service this morning and have not heard back from anyone. The solution is light pinkish in color and smells like grain alcohol. I tried a small (half) dropper full and few hours when time for action, NOTHING as if I had not taken anything at all. I have taken herbal bonner pills that worked 1000 times better. Should I be worried?

Did you order international? All international orders are shipped without the labels for customs reasons.
As for your experience with triple X, everyone responds different. Try a full dose of 1ml next Time.

Shake the crap out of the triple x and take a full dropper and see what happens give yourself an hour. A half didn't do much for me either I usually need higher doses of things to have an effect. I take 1 1/2 drops of that and have a jack hammer! lol Just a question though do you actually need it because of an issue, or just adding for the joy of it.
I use it sparingly for pre-workout and occasionally for fun with the ole lady, It's fun hearing what the hell is he on today. lol If you have an actual health issue there may be an underlying reason it's not working.

I am worried, specially since the bottle has no safety seal on, then I took little more than half ML and it did nothing for me. But I can't seem to get anyone at Customer service to respond to my email.
I am going to try the full dose but Im concerned about the safety of it since the bottle came in with safety seal missing. And the box says it was shipped from Florida @Direct Distribution to me and I'm in CA. The bottles have labels, but none says its from SarmsX anywhere.

I do have a low libido problem, but I have used Viagra at 25mg and Cial at 25mg before and both worked well from me. This mix should be equal or more potent as I have been told, however I got none of the sides when I took TripleX and I usually get sides when I take Viagra or Cial. like stuffy nose, red eyes, you know the monster look when you know youre ready to tear shit up lol.
so you emailed, it hasnt been anywhere near 24 hours and noone will respond... so your saying that if someone doesnt respond that second then there's something wrong? i wish i knew of a business that responded in 30 seconds because i would love to do business with them... now, there is a problem with no safety seal on there so i can see where your coming from on that but to act like your not getting a response is ridiculous.. if it goes on for days, then yes, you have a complaint... check your spam as well...
Its not so much the response time that concerns me much right now because I know eventually they'll respond. Even though when I placed my order and had to make some changes to my order (added the Triple X) the response time was a couple of hours apart on a Sunday afternoon. My main concern is that the seal was missing on TripleX and none of the bottles have a company name (SamsX) on the label anywhere, its like a mystery company at this point. Then I tried a half dose of Triple X and I didn't really see anything from it (the unsealed bottle). Plus the package does not have a company name either. So naturally the question of whether this product is from Sarmsx or not comes up.
As for the unsealed bottle, contact sarmsx which you already did and they will address that.
Of course the sarms you received are from sarmsx. Who else would be sending you sarms? I'm sure that you were given bottles without labels because your order may have been thought as international originally. Not having labels is not a big deal at all

you cannot have labels on them international unless you want customs to take them... all domestic orders have labels... you have to be extremely precise when shipping overseas
I have ordered a number of things many times and not once was Sarmsx on the bottle. Did I care? No. As pointed out, who else is going to be sending them to you? However, not being sealed is a legitimate concern, I can understand that. If you emailed them, they will take care of you.
Thanks for the reassurance, So I am not the only one who received bottles with SarmsX missing on the label and I am Domestic. Now that makes me feel more comfortable using the product. I'm sure they'll respond to my email soon.
I am domestic brother, Not international. That is why I can't wrap my head around the missing logo. Maybe they were out of the ones with the logo. Imagine ordering some Gucci glasses and paying Gucci pricing, then receiving a pair of glasses that don't have a case and no Gucci label on the glasses. You'd be concerned too, lol.
