Looking for stack advice for upcoming recomp cycle. 4 years ago was at my peak but life got in the way and lost motivation in the gym. Peak stats were 6?5? 260lbs 10-12%bf. I?m currently 6?5? 230lbs 15-17%bf. goals for this cycle are to get some size and strength back while also cutting down some of the fat. I will definitely have GW but can?t decide between RAD, MK-2866 and LGD. I?m leaning towards RAD and LGD. What are your thoughts? Thanks in advance.
