Hi Dylan.

I am currently training in a functional movement gym which is fast paced and generally as heavy as you can lift as long as you can push out full sets. I am also doing other weights in a regular gym.

I’m wanting to strip off the unnecessary body fat while putting on proper lean muscle mass, size and improved strength.

Can you please help me with which SARMS I should be taking, what doses and how long i should cycle for?

I am about to start a 6 week challenge and I’d love to see some real quality gains by the end of it.
