Greetings to all

I know theres a millie threads on this skinny fat issue which I've been on ever since 18 now 33 yrs
I got the worst type body swear and its so hard to build muscle
I've been training ever since I was 17 but not consistently and mostly lightweight

Here's my info
Weight 85kgs
Height 5 11
Bf around 20 25
Skinny = face arms shoulders chest and knees and below
Fat fat = waist stomach thighs

There's so much of info out there that it gets confusing
2 years ago I tried intermittent fasting + keto for like 3 months and lost 10kgs a lot of fat lost but I still had the pear shape mildly

I've started gym 2 weeks ago and don't have the energy like before
Following a push pull program 5 days a week with 1g per body weight of protein

I'm gonna start Sarms in a months time and wanted to know which to take or combined being this my first time I heard of cardrine mk2866 lgd

Please advise and max appreciated

consistently and mostly lightweight???? that may be a majority of you problem also. Im 57 and train 6 days a week. You have to be committed to get results
