Hi Dylan:

What’s a good SARM to use as a pre-workout supplement? I’ve used a number of pre-workout supplements sold over the counter and yet to find the one that gives me clean energy without the jitters and/or crash. I’ve seen in one of the threads that GW is a good option. What is your suggestion?

GW is exactly what you want and gives exactly the benefits you described. Clean energy with no jitters since it is not a stimulant. It improves endurance dramatically and also offers some other health benefits related to cholesterol, blood pressure and heart rate. GW is a pretty incredible compound
 
you can use gw pre workout but its not going to act like one so to speak... you can dose it anytime of the day and its going to have the same kind of effect regardless of when you workout but its definitely a great effect..
 
Follow up question guys: currently I’m on week 4 of 12 weeks cycle of LGD and S4. Should I go ahead and add the GW now or take the GW along with PCT at the end of my cycle?
