Already went over my cycle, but I?ll list it again for goals. Looking for a check mark whether you guys think I?m doing the right things or not.

Weekly:

500MG Test Cyp
600MG EQ
50MG proviron
Aromasin 12.5mg EOD
HGH 4IU daily

Workout routine:
Weights 5-6X per week
HIIT - 20 minutes of sprint/walk on the beach 5-6X per week

Calories
About 3k per day, mostly chicken + sweet potatoes. Rice/bread for carbs.

I?m looking to just fill out my frame and add on a ton of healthy, lean muscle. Does everything I?m doing sound about right? I listed the entire routine. Let me know if anything stands out, OR if I should add anything anywhere.
 
anymore than 5 days a week lifting is too much... you are never giving your muscles a chance to grow lifting that much... 5 days is plenty... you also dont need that much hgh man... 2-3 ius is generally plenty... 4 -5 is very top end
 
What do you think about 3k calories at my height and weight? Is it enough to make significant gains? Thanks for the input.

that would be determined through trial and error... i cant answer that without doing real one on one assessments, at least not with accuracy
