Quick question about Sarms Absorbtion

Morning Gents;
What’s the best way to consume Liquid Sarms?
-Back of the throat, then drink some water?
-Back of the throat and wait a bit to drink anything?
-Back of the throat and chase it down with some grapefruit juice?

Jist take it straight down and chase it with whatever you want. Yes, grapefruit juice will enhance absorption

LOL dude, just take it straight down man... you can chase it if you need to and if you need to, then grapefruit juice is a smart way because it helps with absorption but you are making something very simple very complicated...
