Quick mk677 question

So I have been taking 677 before bed 25mg nightly. I know all the sides how to dose etc. But I came across something the other day about GH and insulin. I always have a meal before bed most of the time it's a protein shake with milk but others I eat a full on meal about 830. So my question is... does eating before I take the mk677 have any effects on it. I assume what i read is bs but I'm not an expert so that's why I'm asking.

not in any way shape or form brother... i get where you are coming from but that does not apply with 677
