Do you take the same dose of anadrol inject as oral anadrol?

Pretty much... The injectable bypasses the first pass of the liver so you get more of the compound with less toxicity. With something as toxic as Anadrol every little bit helps.

It’s 50mg/ml at 10ml? So only 10 days worth per vial? Or do you take a lower dose with the injectable version?

The injectable and oral dosage is the same. If cost is a factor the the oral version is more affordable. The injectable cost more to manufacture thus the cost being more expensive.
