Here is my diet morning 5:30-2 banana,5 almonds, walnuts
8 am-protien shake with 4 boiled eggs without yellow part,protien bar, an apple
11:00-4 slices bread with tuna can
2:00-protien shake with 2 scoops peanut butter and 250 gm milk, 200 gm chicken ,2 Indian bread,multi vitamin ,fish oil pills
6:00-rice with 200 gm chicken , protien shake
7:00 - bcaa,multi vitamin,fish oil
7:30- gym
9:00pm- protien shake
9:30pm- 4 scrambled eggs with 1 slice bread
I usually go 5 days week to gym
Monday-legs
Tues-back n biceps
We'd-rest
Thursday-chest, triceps
Friday-shoulder
Sat-rest
Sun-biceps, triceps

My main goal is to increase my biceps size wich I found very difficult to do my chest and shoulders are good, from past many years I am trying to do that , as I told earlier my role model is Dwayne Johnson , my target is 20 inch biceps size please suggest me what I should take as diet and exercise that help me to achieve my goal.

Ok I'm working right now but I'll reply when I get home but the answers are obvious to me.

Too much bread. And where are your veggies?

What is your stats and what is the total calories and macros of your diet?
 
your diet is just way off... far far far too much bread... too many whole eggs... no fiber, no vegetables... its so incomplete
