So I cut an ostarine run short (only about 1 week of total run time at 25mg ED) because I was having slight gyno and other shutdown sides. It has now been 2.5 weeks since I quit my run, and my blood work is listed below:

LH - 3.4 mIU/mL (1.7-8.6)

FSH - 2.5 mIU/mL (1.5-12.4)

Testosterone, Serum - 459 ng/dL (264-916)

Free Testosterone - 4.5 pg/mL LOW (9.3-26.5)

DHEA Sulfate - 160.9 ug/dL (138.5-475.2)

TSH - 1.510 uIU/mL (0.450 - 4.500)

Estradiol - <5.0 pg/mL LOW (7.6-42.6)

Insulin - 11.4 uIU/mL (2.6-24.9)

My gyno signs (slightly puffy right nipple) haven't gotten visibly worse, but they also haven't gotten better. It is difficult to tell whether or not it is progressing. I do feel a lot better though.

My estradiol is very low, but my free testosterone is also very low... so I am worried that could make my condition worse. Of course, that estradiol measure is a total estradiol count, not a free count... so I could be overthinking things.

My question is, do you think it is worth getting on tamoxifen to fight this issue? Is there any natural way I can promote more free testosterone? I'd really prefer not to keep messing with my hormones unless I have to, but I would like to hear what you all think.

Thanks!

why would you take nolvadex if your estrogen is bottomed out already? do you have pre cycle bloodwork?

From my understanding, gyno is caused by an imbalance between Free T and estrogen. Even when estrogen is low, gyno could progress if Free T was sufficiently low enough. Nolva would help fight against that, but I think it might be overkill.

Unfortunately I do not have precycle blood work... However, I do have a Total Testosterone and Estradiol bloodwork from 1 week prior (130 ng/dL and 4.9 pg/mL respectively).

that doesnt help... you can try more nolva if you feel like it bro... i personally wouldnt but you can try it

Well I can definitely feel and move a small lump behind my nipple (not sensitive or noticeable, but I don't want it to get worse). I suppose I will watch it for another week and only hop on nolva if it progresses.
