Ostarine Cycle Question

I'm almost 4 weeks into an osta/gw cycle. was planning to take the osta just 4 weeks for to help healing my blown back (and its helped somewhat.)

So here's the question (although I suspect I already know the answer).

I'm going on a big diving trip 2nd week of October. Long, deep repetitive dives (2 per day). Definitely gonna push the body on this one.

If I continue to a full 12w of ostarine, plus my 3 week pct, that'll take me right up to my trip.

I suspect thats probably not a good plan, and should just stick with the 4 week cycle, maybe another 4 week cycle in a month or 6 weeks depending how my back is doing.

Starting this trip at anything less than 100% may likely not end well.

hey brother... i guess i dont quite understand... why would it be a problem to run it up until your trip if you need the healing for your back? i may be missing something though but im just not understanding... i would think you would want to get as much healing as you can if you are going to be pushing yourself on your diving trip right?
 
My concern is if I do a 12w cycle, my body will be in a slightly compromised condition exiting the cycle into pct. And only 3 weeks to get itself right. And the diving is gonna put serious strain on my body (Immersion, decompression, etc).

Its high risk even if my body was 100% ready for it. And I dont mean back wise, I mean body chemistry. I'll be putting serious strain on myself for those 2 weeks. Plus as you may recall, I get suppressed easily.
 
Agree with Dylan here. If you must cut it to 8 weeks, but I don't see the sense in 4 week cycles
 
the 4 week was just for healing, its what I usually do when my shoulder tendinitis flares up badly, and avoids a pct cycle as well.

Maybe I'll compromise and do 10 weeks, that'll give me 3 week pct, plus 2 week for whatever. I'll do bloods at 8w and see how they look. That will be the final determination (how suppressed I am).

yes bro, 8-10 would be good... i get on people for leaving gains on the table HOWEVER you still do quite a bit in 8-10 weeks... absolutely
