ordered from pure essence and accidentally put wrong address

Hi if there is a rep from pure essence.

On friday i ordered a few things from pure essence and yesterday i noticed i put the wrong address (i recently moved to a new address)

Last night i sent an email to [email protected] and [email protected] to explain the situation and have it rectified. I have not heard back yet.
