noob please help sarm cycle

really hoping for some good advice please excuse any ignorance in this post have been natural my entire life , Iv been training close a decade and always have looked quite good at the end of my cut however my gains are pretty much at a halt these days and there has always been the temptation of what i would look like having a little boost I'm reading into it as much as possible before I take anything but I'm thinking this ...

my question is if I enjoy how look naturally surely theres no need to blast the mk for 12 weeks and potentially fucking up my test levels? A little boost is all I'm looking for what would be the minimum numbers of weeks to run this safely at 10mg a day let's say I ran this for 4-6 weeks with the GW would continuing the GW another week or two after the MK would that be enough to bounce back to normal levels? obviously I will be getting a test level check prior to use and end of use but is it even needed for such a short cycle use? hope anyone can help I'd be more than happy just to get the healing benefits from it as currently have a nagging shoulder issue

awesome , well it will be a few weeks but I think I will definitely go ahead with the order my only concern would be pct would you be happy to guide me along if any help is needed , i receive my test level results back soon as I want to see the before, how would you recommend I go about the cycle test half way through then before or after pct?
