Hey everyone, first time here. I am competing in my first bodybuilding competition in July of this year, and I want to look my very best! I have been training extremely hard for the past 14 months, without gear. I want to run a cycle, but nothing too crazy, something very mild. I heard someone mention that I may want to try stacking SUST and EQ, and keep the dosage low. Can you guys give me some onsight on this, and if this would be a good stack for my first time! Here are my stats:
Age-28
Gender- MALE
Height- 5'7"
Weight- 175lb
Body fat- 10%
Years of training- 12
Complete cycle history- N/A
PCT for each cycle- N/A
Goals- lean gains, tapered abs
Supplements- Testrol(GAT), multi-vitamin, omega 3, 6, milk thistle, joint supplement
General idea of nutrition- I eat clean, and I train hard.

you have goo stats at 5'7" definitely... you cannot use eq on a first cycle man.. first of all, you have to run it a MINIMUM of 16 weeks which is way too long on a first cycle and on top of that, you should only use ONE anabolic on a first cycle which would be test... you can absolutely add sarms to the stack though... here are the links to purchase everything you need followed by the layout...

For your first cycle you want to stick with test, and some sarms thrown in. Here is what I would run myself

1-12 test C 350mg per week
1-12 Aromasin 12.5mg EOD
1-12 lgd-4033 10 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 S4 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg 4-6 hours later
1-12 GW-510516 (CARDARINE) 20 mg day… dosed all at once 30 minutes before workout…
