Someone with more knowledge than me will be with you shortly in the meantime you can peruse thru the other sarms questions and answers on here you will def learn a lot from these guys. look at the logs and performance reviews of the triple stack etc sounds like that may be for you, to start with to get your BF down and start counting your calories definitely need to cut some out per day. you will read on here which you already know about treating your body like a furnace and fuel it throughout the day. Stoke the fire to keep it burning, and commit to getting yo ass to the gym

hey brother... the triple stack is an excellent starting point for you to really get your body fat down and still build lean muscle... the super stack is also a very strong option for you... more muscle building will be expected but high affinity for fat burning... either one is an excellent starting point... here is the layout...
