Just wanted to say hello to forum. I am a 40 something guy just getting back into shape. Been lifting since 87. For the past 12 years been working in a office in front of a computer sitting on my ass all day. I just needed to change my lifestyle. I went vegetarian and lost 40 pounds of weight. Along with the fat loss, I also lost muscle. I stumbled on Dylan's YouTube videos which were a great source of info. Currently, I am running 500mg of Test C with some Dbol. I threw the Dbol in because my wife said i got too skinny
. Anyways, very impressed with this forum.
