Been lurking for a while and thought I'd finally sign up and introduce myself. I am 34 and have been working out since i was 18. It started out as a hobby and has evolved over the years into a life style. I am probably in the best shape of my life. When i began my journey I was 5'7" 130lbs. I am currently 165lbs and probably 10%-12% body fat. Here's a few quick pics a snapped at work. I'll get some better ones later.

Complete cycle history (compounds, doses, lengths of time, when they were run) test, deca, tren, winstrol, npp, masteron
Goals My main goal is to stay lean and fit. Love being as active as possible (hiking, walking, boating, biking)
General idea of nutrition (any food allergies???) Recently discovered an allergy to shell fish. Very disappointing as i love sushi
Any other relevant info (injuries, surgeries you've had, etc.) Had a double hernia. Still feel residual pain from it occasionally
