Have not been active for awhile so thought i would just do a reintroduction post.

Age: 31 years old
Stats: 5' 6'' 161 lbs 13-15% Bodyfat
Training: 4.5-5 years consistently (Been an athlete my whole life.)
Diet: On point. Whole foods. Rarely anything processed maybe 2 times a month. Track calories and macros.
Cycle History: None
Goals: Currently on a cut. About 2,300 calories a day. Looking to get down to 10-12% bodyfat. Figure it will take another 6-8 weeks. Once cut goals are achieved, I am looking to do my first cycle. 300-350mgs of test, AI, and then a full and proper PCT per the protocol recommended on this board.

Any suggestions or criticism is gladly accepted.
 
350mg would be good. You could even up it a bit if you want :)

If you actually do it like the board recommends, you will have an amazing first cycle dude. Go for it.

But don't start if even the smallest detail is not clear to you :) and make sure you have everything for PCT and AI before you start.
 
You've been watching Dylan's videos. With the volume on, unlike many others!

Good luck with your cycle it is set to go really well.
 
Looks pretty good for a first cycle bro. Just make sure you have the right pct planned afterwards
