The seizure information is not listed under FAQ. You have to click on contact us to find it under shipping and delivery. The website wording on seizure does not say where you will or will not reship to or from. It does not say what requirements are necessary to be met before you will reship. This line here: "PLEASE BE ADVISED: No reship policy for Canada, Australia, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Switzerland, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, South Korea and Singapore." You have warehouses in some of these places, orders ship from some of these places. For instance Singapore, so does this mean you will not reship if your order is coming from Singapore or going to Singapore. I did not find that very transparent.
There was a revamp on the site and the FAQs kinda got split between the actual FAQ section and the CONTACT US area. I agree that all the FAQs should just be in the FAQ area. Will speak to IT about it.
Regarding our re-ship policies, how about this: In 11 years in business not one single customer has lost a penny with us and this is not changing. If anything happens to your package anywhere in the world, we'll work with you until you're a happy customer.
You can quote me on that anywhere you want. I'll stand by what I just wrote there and I'll work with any member of our team to make it happen. PCS is an honest source. We won't leave you or anyone empty handed after sending your hard earned money our way. There's tons of sources out there and you trusting us means a lot. I do mean it.
If I order a BIC 5 blade razor, I expect a BIC 5 blade razor. I don't want the Walmart knock off 5 blade razor. I'm not unreasonable either, so a simple email stating you were out of what I ordered and we have a fabulous alternative 5 blade razor we would like to send you instead would have been fine. In the end though, that would have delayed my order going out so, I also see the other side of it. YOU GUYS DID THE RIGHT THING SENDING ME AN ALTERNATIVE BRAND. I'm just skeptical because I've been burned before.
This actually bothers me a bit. I'll speak with management and customer service regarding this matter. Please accept my apologies.
