I just discovered possibly the greatest thing ever for deadlifting. Usually takes me longer to clean off 4 plates than it does to rep them. If you deadlift a lot I highly recommend them. Only 8 bucks a piece

Nice! I just roll it up on a 10lb plate and strip it. But those would be nice to suggest to our gym

Lol yea. I learned it from watching a girl at our gym. I’m like wtf is she doing. Ohhhhhhh daaammnnnn. Lol
