Disclaimer: any reference to me means my lab animal. I say me I. Order to relate better to test subjects.....

That being did I had the unique opportunity to test on diabetic lad rats with a continuous glucose monitor to help gauge insulin sensitivity. Hopefully you guys find this interesting and possibly informational!

No lethargy.. long work days so I'm tired... feelng of well being, happy. Shoulder and hip feeling better and better. Numb hands. Dreams not as vivid as week 1. Hungry after dose.* May increase carb ratio after this week. No workouts because of work.

Switched to PRE mk677 and hunger is insane today. Way stronger than with newroids.
Stuff really makes me feel hypo but sugars are doing fine. Makes me question the quality of previous brand....
Lethargy is killing me. Also didn't sleep well. Think I also might have taken 30-35mg
Red make sure to stay in 20-25 range tomorrow

Def over dosed yesterday. Still think new product maybe more potent tho.* Noticed more fullness today and crazy pumps. Energy is way down at the gym tho. Hunger and sugars are kinda crazy.

Adding lgd today.... feeling good. Will continue hypertrophy for one more week before starting up a strength program.

Better sleep. Energy and strength back. Think possible cortisol levels were out of whack. Back on track today but sleep is very important I am seeing. Maybe on less sleep I will lower dosage. Insulin resistance is definitely up.... Will need to adjust carb ratios on non work days.

TDD and bg are up. Def .ore insulin resistant. Shoulder feels amazing and strength is insane lethargy is better and I'm feeling great. Can't wait for lbs to kick

Week one of LGD in the books. Starting heavy program today. Tail end of a cold too. But feeling strong. No sides that I can tell. Cold I making it hard to tell tho.
Will be doing modified west coast strength program. Applied to BP/DL/SQ

Cold is almost gone. New job working 12s for a couple weeks so sleep will be off. Strength is good in the gym tho! Starting slow with squats since tearing my adductor last heavy program.
Added DMAA today preworkout for a little boost

Forgot to add that until my heavy program I was on a 600 cal deficit
I will increase to stay at or above my maintenance cals. Will stay at 3000-3600 a day
