Hey guys I plan to run a sarm triple stack. My goals are to drop 3-4% bf and hopefully gaining 3-5lbs of LBM, I hope to at least maintain. Do these goals seem realistic with this cycle? I know this is only possible through my diet, which brings me to my question. What should my diet look like while on SARMS? Obviously since I'm cutting I'll be in a deficit, but what's the best way to go about losing fat/gaining muscle on my cycle?

Age: 21
Experience: 11 year (I would consider myself an advanced lifter)
Height: 5' 8.5"
Weight: 173lbs
BF%: 12-13% estimate (plan to get a dexascan and bloods before cycle)
Bench max: 340lbs
Squat max: 450lbs
Clean max: 305lbs
Deadlift max: 425lbs
Cycle:
1-12 osta 25mgs
1-12 s4 50mgs split into two doses
1-12 GW 20mgs
*albuterol* (I'm hoping to throw some albuterol in as well, thoughts on this?)
PCT:
Clomid 50/25/25/25
Nolva 20/20/20/20
GW 20mg through PCT
May throw in some HcGenerate or DAA as well.
How does that PCT look? Recovery and health are my biggest concerns for this cycle, I know nolva isn't necessary, but I'd rather be safe than sorry.
