arimidex 0.25 eod (from week3)

Week18-Week22
nolvadex 40/40/20/20/10
clomid 100/100/50/50/25
My stat are :
age : 28
height: 5'5
weight : 165 lbs
bf : 15%

I'd tone down the Clomid a bit. 75 on wk 1.
You can start a week before or same time should be fine. 3 weeks is when the test starts kicking in and you already want your body to be acclimated to arimidex

No need to start with 500mg per week. 350mg is plenty. Your pct is insufficient as well. This is what it should look like

when you are in pct, you are going to get a major spike in cortisol... cortisol is termed the "gains killer" for a reason... it will put you into a catabolic state which will not allow you to build muscle and at the same time will eat it away, on top of the fact you will also get unwanted fat gain... so you will lose muscle and gain fat that you had just busted your ass an entire cycle for...
