Hi, I have a question regarding the dosage of Mk-2866. I am on my first cycle and I am stacking Mk-2866 with S4 and GW-501516. I am a female, 5”4 and 145lb. The dosage that I am taking is 50mg of S4 twice a day and 20mg of GW and 25mg of MK-2866. I am confused about the dropper on MK-2866. It goes up to 1ml just like the rest of them do. But the label on the bottle says 30mg/ml so I know there are 30mg per 1ml. I only want to take 25mg so what dosage on the dropper do I take? Obviously if I only take .5 on the dropper then I am only getting 15mg, so would 25mg be equal to .75 on the dropper? Hope that made sense. One other question, I read to take GW twice a day 12 hrs apart but is that wrong? Am I only suppose to take it once a day? Btw, I only started this cycle 4 days ago. Thank you for any help you can give me!

Just take all of the GW at once... meaning your whole dose before your training session.

Where did you get your Mk from? 25 mg daily is the dose so you could dose just a little less then the full dropper... but 5mg more isn’t going to do anything adversely. I would just take Ali type less then the full dropper.

gw is dosed once a day... where on earth did you get your mk from? noone makes it like that generally... you would take about .75 on the dropper or just a bit above

Dose it just as Dylan said. The issue is us wondering the quality of your source because of the strange concentration

I got it from choice compounds. Is that a good source? I’ve been taking the GW all at once. The Mk I’ve been taking just above the .75 on the dropper

Also, I work out at 5pm and I do Crossfit. I usually take my doses at 1pm with my S4 second dose at 6:30. Does this sound like good timing?

The issue is the source isn't known to have quality or legit sarms.
