Everyone is different for sure, but for me my ratio is about the same as it is during a bulk. There is just lower amounts because total calories are lower. I like to stick around 45% protein, 35-40% carbs, and 15-20% fat. Some people tend to do better with low carbs during a cut, and for those people I typically recommend 0.75g-1g per pound of bodyweight, where during a bulk I recommend more towards 1.5g-2g per pound of bodyweight

50-55% protein, 30-35% carbs and 10-15% fat... this is tried and true bro.. you have to accommodate what you find works for you but this is generally extremely effective...

Everyone is different like you said. I am not nearly as carb sensitive as many. I can keep my carbs fairly high on a cut. I just decrease my caloric intake but don't alter my macro intake. 40-45% protein, 45-50% carbs, 10-15% fats.

I'm close to that^^^ trying to up protein n lower carbs a bit.

having carbs too high is not going to be your friend on a cut... keep them moderate... dont goo too low but do not load them or have them being your highest value between proteins, carbs and fats... keep them in the middle and moderate
