You're asking us to compare apples to oranges. Everybody responds different but I will say this. 250mg of test isn't all that much above normal levels for building muscle. LGD kicks in extremely fast compared to test and also won't shut you down or give you chance of other side effcts like gyno. It's much harder to keep any gains you make off of test, you have the added cost of controlling estrogen on cycle and a much more elaborate pct as well
