Hello All. Been lurking here off and on for the past few years. Decided to finally create a profile so below is my current stats.

Height: 5'5''
Weight: 157
BF %: 11-13
Experience Training: Athlete my whole life. Mainly baseball. Played some football and wrestling in HS. Have been weightlifting consistently for the past 5 years.
Current Split: Mon-Upper Strength Tues-Lower Stength Wed-Push Hypertrophy Thurs-Pull Hyper Fri-Lower Hyper Stairmaster every day for half hour post workout.
Diet- Is on point. Eat mainly whole foods. Little to no processed food. Eat out once a week at most.
Goals-Currently bulking. Eating in a 200-300 calorie surplus.
PED History- None
Supplements- A little protein powder here and there. Nothing else.
