Good Afternoon Gents!

I was informed by those above that I needed to make an Introduction post so here it goes. The only hobby I have in my life is fitness. Whether it be playing flag football or it be spending hours in the GLORIOUS house of gainz.! I am excited to gain as much knowledge as possible through these forums. I am by no means an expert in this field which is why I'm reaching out to this forum. Looking forward to this fellas. Lift on brothers and sisters.
