I?ve been hearing some about how L Carnitine is much more effective when injected. I was just starting to look into it. I have since decided I don?t want to. I?m not doing it mostly because it?s IV, not IM or Sub cutaneous like I had assumed.

It?s not just amino acids. Most things taken orally have low bioavailability, including vitamins. Injected, vitamins stay in the body for several days instead of hours.

I can state I tried them for 3 months. I did. It notice anything regarding my training session nor recovery. I just could not validate the expense for the return on the investment.

Your body is designed to intake amino acids orally, and there's no compelling reason to bypass the natural pathways.
