If you can't do a full rep then reduce weight. Especially if you need knee wraps to do a quarter rep( if that)

I literally curled over in my chair seeing his leg break. So happens today is leg day.

It's quite the doozy. But it's like those people who throw 10 plates on the go down 4 inches for a squat. Maybe the lift is sick if you disrespecting it.

Two compound fractured femurs. Needless to say he no longer competes squatting. He was getting 850 before that. Now he competes in bench.

Wow. I am in EMS. People with fracture femurs are in some of the worst pain. He handled that like a champ. Or maybe he was drugged lol

Yeah did legs after I saw this. I was glad today to have shitty knees and not be doing these after watching it. Fucking gut wrenching.
I'll stick to standard leg curls, extensions and calf raises. 🤢
