i am thinking about running these two together, but i am skeptical of the half life in rad 140 I've seen forums say anywhere from 18 hours to 48 hours and i have seen forums say lGD will leave the system in anywhere from 1 to 3 weeks. can anyone confirm any of these i am a tested mma athlete so i need to know before i decide to hop in it.

The half life of LGD4033 is quite long compared to other SARMs – between 26 and 38 hours. LGD is extremely potent, so a small dose is all that is necessary – the average dose is 10mg per day, and length of cycle is typically 8 weeks. Nonetheless, the dosage range is subject to users discretion, going as low as 2mg per day and up to 20mg.

Regarding the adequate use of LGD in liquid form, it should be swallowed – simply squirt the liquid into the mouth, swallow immediately, then chase down with some juice or water as the taste can be unpleasant. It is not necessary to hold SARMs under the tongue, and you should never mix them in a cup with other liquids.

RAD140 can be dosed at 20-30 milligrams (mg) per day, and thanks to a relatively long half life, you can get away with only once a day dosing schedule. Regarding the possible cycle durations, RAD140’s length of use can vary from 6 to 12 weeks. Since it usually comes in liquid form, this SARM is squirted into the mouth, swallowed, and chased down with juice. There is no need to let it sit in the mouth or under tongue; in fact, sublingual use is highly discouraged.

If you are a tested athlete that are going to be tested for sarms, half life is not what you need to worry about. Half life and detection time are two e tiredly different things. All of the compound can be out of your system within a few days but the metabolites will still be present. You need to keep that in mind. I don't have any conclusive info for you on detention times, but if it were me I'd probably be off at least 6 weeks before a test
