Hey guys within the past two days my elbows have been hurting really bad, especially when gripping dumbbells and bench pressing and when putting plates on the bar. Do you guys think it would be best to use lighter weight to help my elbows out, or to just not go to the gym for a couple days to a week until it feels better?
 
You are getting tendonitis... a few days wont fix it... mk2866 is what you want to alleviate and heal it... www.sarmsx.com is where to get it and run it 25 mg per day for 12 weeks... or you could also look at mk677
 
I've gotten this over the years but since the implementation of SARMS I've improved drastically and don't have these problems anymore. Dylan's recommendation is solid and you might think of incorporating super cissus and glucosamine

I wear rehband elbow sleeves, and take joint support (vit c, lysine proline).

Before I was taking that, I couldnt even do skull crusher, and bench make my elbows ache badly.
 
ive gotten this periodically over the 10+ years ive been training. it should go away after awhile. i usually just work through it honestly. maybe not for everyone but thats how i handle it myself. the suggestions above are all good advice. try the above
 
I have had elbow and joint issues, and MK-2866 did help alleviate it quite a bit. It did a great job of healing all of those issues. I run it every time I cruise now primarily for the healing benefits

Thanks for the help guys. I just started taking joint supplements again and hopefully that'll help. If not I'll probably end up get some mk inot the near future.

just be aware if its tendonitis, the joint supplements are not going to do anything for you whatsoever... tendonitis laughs at shit like that, and you dont want to let it go on too long because the more you lift, the worse its going to get...
 
I had this problem years ago when I got back into lifting seriously. Skull Crushers were the cause, my joints just weren't strong enough and I had to take time off because it was literally painfully comparable to being shot by a small caliber round. Literally the burning pain of hot lead burning your flesh cauterizing the wound is what it felt like. I had it bad. MK-2866 can help as well as taking time off, like a month or two depending on how bad it is.
 
Thanks for the help guys. I think it might just be tendinitis because it just started the other day. So hopefully a little while off might help.
