dosing D-aspartic

Good evening,
Just got my chew able D-aspartic they taste great. The directions call for 4 a day 4, 30 minutes before workout. if im not working out when is the best time take them.

i dont use them at all, i dont need them, im on trt but you never use daa that long... 8 weeks then at least 8 weeks off
