Diet advice

Hi guys, I need some advice on my current diet. Thank you in advance for your time.
My stats:
Age: 27
Height: 5ft 10
Weight: 205 BF%:20
Medical history: none*
Training: Since 17. 4-5 days/wk Cardio: 20 mins usually elliptical before weight training, stairmaster for 10 mins following weight training.
Diet:
•Morning:
-2 eggs(scrambled or boiled) & 2 toast
-1 scoop protein w/ water (whey/casein mix)
Occasionally glass of OJ
-1-2 Cup coffee w/ tablespoon creamer
- liquid multivitamin
•Lunch:
-tuna burger(homemade)in 12 grain slices or 1 cup rice(white) w/ chicken(2 drumsticks)
-cashews (handful) non salted
•Dinner:
-salad
-Chicken (1-2 thighs) w/ rice or 2 Cheese burger sandwiches or pasta w/ beef
No preworkout
••gym** 1hr-1hr.5 (BCAAS during)
Post - 1 scoop protein (Beverly Int.)
Late night:
-cottage cheese
-almonds
 
Personally, I see quite a few things i would change. What are your goals? What does this all total up to in calories and macros?
