Cycle questions

For best results in a short time period would it be best to run LGD and Ostarine at the same time or should I just run one at a time ? Also, if I am trying to gain as much LEAN mass as possible, should I set up my caloric intake as I would naturally for a lean 1lb per week bulk, or can I go for a more rapid 2 pound per week diet?

Goals: Gain as much lean mass as possible
Supplements (if any): Fish Oil
General idea of nutrition (any food allergies???): nothing
Any other relevant info (injuries, surgeries you've had, etc.): chronic elbow tendinitis

Keep calories about 300-500 over maintenance. For the goals you have, I'd stack both.

I agree, stacking both will give you the best results... obviously you want to be eating at a caloric surplus, just like Rick said

Rad and/or S4 would also be great additions for lean mass as well.
