Hey bro, I have a comp coming up in August. I will be competing in classic physique BB. I am 6'1" so I have to be 200lbs or less. Stats, diet and lifting schedule will follow. Let me know what you think man. I appreciate it.
Cycle:

Sust 250 5000mg/week
Tren E 300mg/week
Mast prop 300mg/week
Primo E 600/week

Anadrol 50mg 2x/day
Anavar 20mg 2x/day
Winstrol 25mg 2x/day
Proviron 25mg 3x/day
Arimidex 1mg EOD

Stats:
30 y/o 6'1" currently 211.4 in the mornings when I wake up.

Training schedule:

Monday: Chest Day + 30 minute AM fasted Cardio, 30 minute PM (3:30) cardio.

Tuesday: Back & Hamstrings/Glutes + 30 minute AM fasted Cardio, 30 minute PM (3:30) cardio.

Wed: Shoulders + 30 minute AM fasted Cardio, 30 minute PM (3:30) cardio.

Thursday: Arms + 30 minute AM fasted Cardio, 30 minute PM (3:30) cardio.

Fri: Quads/Glutes + 30 minute AM fasted Cardio, 30 minute PM (3:30) cardio.

Saturday: Triceps & light chest + 30 minute AM fasted Cardio, 30 minute PM (3:30) cardio.

Sunday: Off + 30 minute AM fasted Cardio, 30 minute PM (3:30) cardio.

Diet:

3 moderate days followed by 2 low days. Goes as follows:

hey man... so your layout doesnt help me at all.. you make zero mention of length of time, how you are spacing things out, cycle history etc... all you did was list a bunch of compounds and dosing... for all i know, you want to run three orals all at the same time.. i have no clue how to interpret this...
