Cost of prescriptions

I was recently put on a TRT protocol. The only problem is my good ole medical insurance will not cover my medication. I ended up having to paying out of pocket for my Testosterone.
So I did some searching around and found a place online that offers a discount coupon per say. Its www.goodrx.com
All you have to do is signup and type in your location and the medication your looking for and see if it helps out price wise. It wont work for everything but it saved me over a hundred bucks on my scripts and the site is free to anyone. If this helps one person save some money then i'm happy. Oh and one last thing the price it lists is not always exact. It could be off a few dollars give or take.
 
What the hell does Insurance cover these days? WTF? I'm so sick of it. "We are gunna make America great again" There's my hope!!
 
Cool iI wouldnt go through a dr for trt pharm test is 180 dollers for a 10ml of cyp that I can get for 40 so no thanks

im going to have to thoroughly agree... its fucking disgraceful... they are the biggest scam artists on the planet and thats no bull shit nor exaggeration... its fucking pointless half the time... by the time they have "not covered this" or "not covered that" etc... whats the point... fuck, my dental insurance was used for the year on ONE FUCKING TOOTH... root canal and crown and i didn't even have enough for a fucking cleaning on it... seriously... and i SITLL had to pay some out of pocket!!

i know. Its such a damn joke. It is a discrace. Nothing is ever covered anymore. My insurance jus changed the first of the yr and now my prilosec is not covered!! Wtf
 
And these posts tell why we do trt ourselves and buy test locally,ugl's etc... for way way less then pharm prices

You might want to go to this site and see whats offered in your area for the prilosec. When i looked it up it was as cheap as $7.20 for 30 20mg capsules.

Bro..how's this...I have blue cross blue shield...got off from work went to bed. Terrible abdominal pain woke me up. Being a paramedic I knew immediately it was a appendicitis. I went to the hospital had surgery.I spent 1 day in the hospital. I got a bill for 41k. Blue cross said they were in negotiations with the hospital at the time of service so they would only pay me 17k. They wouldn't even talk to the hospital. They sent me a check for 17k on a 41k bill...WTF!!!!!! I remember thinking why do I even have insurance.fortunately Grady hospital settled.my bill for 17k...they figured we should take something instead of getting nothing. I'm ashamed of our insurance companies. First in line to take our money but then leave us out to dry when we need them.

Dont even get me started...everyday I pick people up in the ambulance who abuse our system. They don't ever pay a bill, when I need Healthcare I get fucked and I have insurance. How is that fair?
 
welfare and illegals have better care than we do. I was just talking to a buddy of mine that had a stroke and in the first hour of him being in a guy came in and asked for a debit card just in case he didn't have insurance. he still couldn't even talk at that point. I was like wtf.
 
I was prescribed Cialis and my insurance didn't cover it. I just bought it cheap from one of our sponsors... No one needs to know where I got my meds... I have the script so I'm covered

Healthcare is so fucked up bro...it's unbelievable. I pickup the same people almost daily for bullshit complaints...fucking daily! Do you know what an ambulance ride costs? Starts around 1500.00 these people call everyday sometimes 2-3 x a day. They don't pay for our service....you and I do. Its so aggravating.

Unreal...I see it everyday bro...trust me it gets worse. The homeless people will call 911 and say their having chest pain. We take them to the hospital, they get off the stretch and walk out the doors. They only needed a ride across town, but they don't have money for the bus so they call 911. It's sickening.

I joke about about painting my ambulance yellow and putting taxi on the side...that's how bad it is.

It's funny,before I Baca me a paramedic I always thought that everytime you saw an ambulance with its lights and sirens on they were going on a serious life threatning call. It's not true, certain parts of the community know that when you call to say they can't breathe or they're having chest pain.this guarantees an ambulance immediately.if you say your right hand hurts you may wait awhile or not get an ambulance at all.85%of all calls I go to do not need an ambulance.
