Cilas first time dosing

Hey guys using cilas for sexual purposes. How many mg should I take for my first time. The bottle didn’t come with any labels. How many mg is cilas typically?

just go with 10 mg to start with

10 mg at first, just incase you get side effects. If you tolerate it well you can use 20mg eod

20 to 25mg is the sweet spot but start off lower

I started at 10mg now at 20mg . Had some minor headache first dosing 20mg but otherwise its been great

Nice. I started with 5mg day for a week, then 10 a day for a week, etc. Probably conservative progression, but I never felt sick, like I did one time when I started higher.

10-15 mg is good and enough if you're testing it the first times.

As users above said, up to 10mg I consider a good dose.
Start with lower and go with more, not viceversa.
