Im over 2 years in training, 36 years old and lost 45lbs and gained about 15lbs of muscle.

First time using sarms (farmalady) going on 4th week

My plan is to do a nice slow steady cut and recomp (over 2 cycles ) while trying to maintain strength and try my best to put on muscle. Goal is to get to 12% body fat over over 32 weeks. Ive done the 8 week hard cuts and they suck bad for me. Ive done another slow cut and I do well with it mentally and physically. So far on week 4 Ive put on 3lbs and lost 1/2 inch around the waist. I don't care about the weight just the body fat coming off.
Starting maintenance calories for my TDEE is 2800. As of right now Im at 2600 and will like to keep as much calories consuming as long as possible for this slow cut. I remember see or watching but cant find it, but someone said after your done with a Sarm cycle during PCT you need to keep calories at maintenance or in surplus. I just want to make sure Im doing that right for calories in PCT.
Then after PCT 4 weeks off all Sarms and do a 4 week refeed maybe 100 calories below maintenance and start up the second Sarm cycle and go alittle more aggressive on calories deficient
