Getting ready to run a bulking cycle don't want to use deca I was wondering if u could help me out on wat to use I'm thinking 350-500mg on the high end of test cyp 600-800 mg eq and 25-30mg of dbol first 4 weeks what are your thoughts on this thanks
 
What are your stats first bro? Age, ht/wt, bf%, cycles ran, years lifting, etc...
Also how long are you planning on running the cycle? Each compound.

This will b my 5th cycle I'm currently at 216lbs 5,10,, 26 years old roughly 10-13%bf I was down under 10% about 5-6 weeks ago I'm just wanting to do a 12 week of tren E and cyp maybe through winny in at the last 4 weeks or would y'all think it's better to kickstart with it never have kickstarted with winny thanks everyone sorry it's took so long to get back to ya also been lifting for 10 years really looking to put on some lean mass and keep the body fat low over the winter and tighten back up before spring

fifth cycle at only 26 ? man bro, i hope you realize what you have set yourself up for now in your future because it will not be very pleasant... you have ruined your natural growth process... you have made a bad mistake but whats done is done now.. i guess i want to know exactly what your wanting here... the question began as you wanting a bulking cycle and you want more of a recomposition as opposed to bulking... do you know exactly what you want? you have to clarify... you don't just start throwing out different shit etc.. you need to be precise so you get the right recommendation

You are still growing at a young age, and you can do permanent damage to your endocrine system and other functions by cycling too young.

well bro, its pretty simple... at 22 years of age, your nowhere near achieving max growth potential... when you start messing around with hormones etc. and that young of an age, your body goes haywire... it completely forgets how to do anything naturally and at this point, you have ruined it... so when you get into your thirties and so on, expect to have issues... just be prepared because you have continued to go on the same pattern and that will lead you to where your headed... your body is flat out lost internally and you basically just lead it more and more into oblivion... so i guess at this point, the damage is done so its up to you here to go from here but i can assure you this, you are going to have some things to deal with down the road...
