Thinking about a running a cycle of RAD and LGD for a lean bulk during summer. Just wanted some opinions on maybe a third sarm? Thinking maybe ostarine to max the muscle gain but might be overkill so maybe GW to keep reduce fat gain and help endurance? What would be best for a lean bulk assuming diet and training is on point? Id ideally like to keep within 3 sarms. Goal is to stay as lean as I can while adding some decent mass to my frame. Also My last cycle was a slow cut and I ran LGD @10 mg with GW and s4 got great results lowering bf 4-5 % and added a little bit of muscle and a lot of strength. For bulking should I Up the dosage of LGD?
