BMR when on a SARMS cycle

During off cycle, I use 10x body weight.

My question, is what should I be using for BMR when on a full blown kitchen sink SARMS cycle(lgd/s4/rad/sr/Osta/gw).

I'm doing more or less a recomp, shooting for 300-500c under BMR, but I have a sneaking feeling I'm well under that 300-500c deficit.

My BF was dropping while I was only taking osta, but since I started the full blown cycle, its been increasing abit (same eating/macros, same workout schedule, etc), so I'm suspecting I may be hitting starvation mode?

what exactly are you trying ti accomplish... if you hit starvation mode, everything is going to stall out on you

I'm trying to figure out if I am hitting starvation mode.

As stated above I'm using 10x body weight for calories, but my question, is while on cycle should I be using a higher number than off cycle

can someone help me out here? Granted I have to take the answer in light of my recent bloods, but its still a basic question of whether when one is on a sarms cycle, they should use a higher BMR than when off cycle.

I do think your BMR would be higher on a sarms cycle, just like it would on a steroid cycle from the heightened anabolic state, greater thermogenesis and better nutrient partitioning. To what degree is the question. It has a lot to do with the compounds you are on and how you respond to them. If I were guessing, I would say you could expect a 10-20% increase in bmr...but that's purely a guess, which would put your BMR at 11-12xBW

yea, thats what I thought, using even 11, would be an additional 200 calories making my deficit instead of 300-500, actually 500-700. Using 12 even more so. So I'll split the difference and add 300 calories.

thank you!
