This very ancient system of medicine from the east is based on prevention rather than curing as we do in the west. It is way more complex than throwing herbs together.
I am posting this link where you will find the very best there is. I know quite a few of the people there, and they use only organically grown herbs, and for each condition...say you want a detox..then their detox will be a very specific ratio, of herbs in exact mgs, and the very best herbs available. If you want the real deal from experts in the field than this is for you. They may be pricey but you will get what you pay for. The herbal supplements link, the teas etc are all top notch.

To be honest I do not use any herbs but I have read extensively on that system of medicine and it makes sense.
You can bet that if something has been done for a very long time then it has stood up to the test of time, and therefore not to be poo poo'ed.

Popsie-- I think that this is the link you meant to post. Some background. Dr Rau was born in India and received his M.D. here is the USA. He went back to India to practice and is a hepatologist. All he does is liver. He says that no matter what drug protocol his patients are on that they also must take this liver supplement. For those of you concerned then this is the real deal. I cannot pronounce most of the herbs in this stuff. It is pricey.
My regimen to protect my liver is no orals, no booze, no tylenol!!
