Hi Dylan, just finished watching some of your videos and i must say they are the best ive seen, you break it down very well and knowledgeable for everyone to understand, I wanted to ask you for some advice, i will not make any decisions until i hear back from you. I am 35 years old, about 5'9 210lbs, not in the best shape but not too bad either, that is what im trying to change. I am considering doing either a tren/test cycle ir maybe a few, or doing a few hgh/test cycles to help give me a boost, im not trying to get a bodybuilders type of body so i am not going to do more than i really need, just would like a little help to get in good shape, what would you recommend i start off with, how much and how many days a week?
